Artist Radio Submission & Broadcast Permission Agreement. KloudedKingz Online Radio (the Station), operated by KloudedKingz. This Agreement is between KloudedKingz and the artist identified below (Artist, you). Permission to broadcast (the license) You give KloudedKingz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to: stream and broadcast the submitted track(s) on the Station, including on our website, embedded players, apps, and any platform or directory that carries the Station's stream; keep copies of the track(s) on our servers and systems as needed to run the Station; play the track(s) in rotation, in scheduled shows, in replays, and in on-demand previews or show archives connected to the Station, if we offer them. Non-exclusive means you keep all your rights - you can license, sell, stream, and distribute your music anywhere else, any time. 2. Promotional use You also give us permission to use, royalty-free: your artist name, stage name, likeness/photo, and biography you provide; short excerpts (up to ~60 seconds) of submitted tracks; in announcements, social media posts, website content, station IDs, and other promotion for the Station and for your appearances on it. We will credit you by your artist name when your music plays or is featured, using the metadata you provide. 3. You keep ownership This Agreement does not transfer ownership of your music, lyrics, recordings, or artwork. All copyrights stay with you (and your co-owners, if any). 4. Your promises (warranties) You confirm that: you own the submitted track(s) or have written permission from every rights holder (including co-writers, featured artists, producers, and any sample owners) to grant this license; the track(s) do not infringe anyone else's rights; if a track contains samples, you have cleared them; you are at least 18 years old, or a parent/guardian signs below on your behalf. 5. No guarantee of airplay, no payment Submission does not guarantee airplay, rotation placement, or any number of plays. This is a promotional, royalty-free arrangement: no royalties, fees, or other payment are owed by KloudedKingz for broadcasts or promotional use under this Agreement. This Agreement does not affect any royalties you may separately be owed by collecting societies (such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or SoundExchange) outside this Agreement. 6. Content standards We may decline or remove any track at our discretion, including tracks with excessive explicit content for the slot they'd play in. Sending a clean/radio edit alongside an explicit version is encouraged. 7. Term and withdrawal This Agreement starts on the date you sign and continues until either side ends it in writing (email is fine). If you withdraw, we will remove your track(s) from rotation and our active library within 14 days of your notice. Broadcasts and promotions already made stay made; copies in show archives may remain as aired. 8. Liability Each side is responsible for its own actions. You agree to cover KloudedKingz against claims that arise because a track you submitted infringed someone else's rights or breached Section 4. 9. General This is the whole agreement about Station broadcasts of your submitted music; changes must be in writing. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands.
